Shipping policy

We currently only ship within the United States. Shipping is included in the subscription price unless otherwise noted at checkout.

Processing & Delivery:

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days of your billing date. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Your order will arrive within 5-7 business days unless express shipping was selected by customer. 

Lost or Damaged Items:

If your box is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales.knockknockhandsome@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
