At Knock Knock Handsome, each box is custom curated to deliver premium value and an elevated experience. Because of the personalized and limited-edition nature of our boxes, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds.

However, if your box arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@knockknockhandsome.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right by either replacing the item or issuing a credit at our discretion.
